Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on Friday apologised for speaking on the phone during a Marathi literary event in Satara. "People know that I don't speak on phone when I am on dais. But today I had no option," CM said. He added, "There are rebel candidates in every party. They don't withdraw unless they are spoken to and pacified."
