Maha FDA destroys 564 litres of milk in Mumbai ahead of Diwali

Maharashtra’s FDA seized food products worth around ₹1.56 crore during a statewide enforcement drive and destroyed 564 litres of milk in Mumbai. Seven food establishments in the city faced licence or registration suspensions over alleged hygiene and food safety violations. Inspections covered suspected adulteration, substandard products and incorrect labelling.
