A court in Maharashtra has convicted Morshi MLA Devendra Mahadevrao Bhuyar and sentenced him to three months of imprisonment for abusing a tehsildar and throwing a microphone at him. The judge also imposed a fine of ₹15,000 on Bhuyar and told him to pay ₹10,000 to the tehsildar as compensation. Bhuyar said that he'll appeal the decision in High Court.
