The Maharashtra government has approved an International Agro Export Hub in Palghar's Dahanu to boost agricultural exports and improve farmer incomes. The project will feature logistics, storage, testing and export facilities to reduce post-harvest losses and improve market access. It is expected to generate over 10,000 jobs. The project is part of a ₹859.38 crore district development plan.
