The Maharashtra government on Thursday launched the MHADA Pune lottery for 5,211 houses in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Solapur and Kolhapur districts. A computerised draw was launched for 278 flats under MHADA's schemes, 2,845 flats on a first-come, first-served basis and 2,088 flats under the 20% comprehensive housing scheme. The latter includes flats under Pune Municipal Corporation, among others.
