Maharashtra government announced that no government employee will lose their job due to disability acquired during service. Departments must make adjustments, by transfer or new posts, to retain them. Government also stressed on implementation of 4% reservation for differently-abled persons in recruitment and promotions. "This marks a new chapter of justice," IAS officer Tukaram Mundhe said.
