Addressing a press conference in Mumbai, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said Maharashtra needs a government that is on same page as the Centre. "Viksit Maharashtra is important for achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat," he stated. Jaishankar added that Maharashtra is a leading state in technology and infrastructure. The Assembly polls will be held on November 20.
