As many as 6,555 new coronavirus cases were reported in Maharashtra in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases in the state to 2,06,619. The death toll due to coronavirus in the state has surged to 8,822 after 151 new deaths were reported. A total of 1,11,740 coronavirus patients have recovered in the state so far.
