A 17-year-old girl died shortly after receiving a tetanus and diphtheria (Td) vaccine at a municipal immunisation camp in Maharashtra's Nashik. A video showed her collapsing near a medical shop close to the vaccination camp. The authorities said exact cause of death is yet to be determined. They've launched a multi-level investigation and suspended the use of vaccine batch involved.
