Mahindra Logistics, which plans to raise ₹750 crore through rights issue, has set the issue price at ₹277 per share. The issue will open on July 31 and close on August 14. It includes issuance of ₹2.70 crore fully paid-up equity shares of face value of ₹10 each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹749.26 crore.
