Mahindra & Mahindra has informed the stock exchanges that its Canada-based associate company Resson Aerospace Corporation has ceased to exist. Mahindra & Mahindra held an 11.18% stake in Resson, which had filed for a voluntary winding-up, the exchange filing said. While the company didn't state reasons for the closure, the development comes amid escalated tensions between Canada and India.
