Folk singer Maithili Thakur filed her nomination from the Alinagar constituency for the Bihar Assembly elections on Friday. "It feels very good to receive so much love from the people of Alinagar...I want to request the people here to give me a chance to do good work for them," she said before filing her nomination. She is contesting from BJP.
