A Chandigarh consumer commission ordered MakeMyTrip and Go First to pay ₹19,000 after flight changes ruined a family's Thailand trip in April 2023. Due to their flight getting cancelled twice, the family missed their hotel stay in Krabi and lost part of their prepaid booking in Phuket. "Both MakeMyTrip and Go First are duty-bound to ensure service," the commission said.
