Online travel firm MakeMyTrip has filed a case against rival EaseMyTrip in Delhi High Court alleging trademark infringement. In its complaint, MakeMyTrip accused EaseMyTrip of taking advantage of "makemytrip" adword with Google to come on the top of search results on the platform. MakeMyTrip has also named Google in the legal suit.
