Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai, who turned 19 on Tuesday, is the only Pakistani to have ever received the Nobel Prize for Peace. The 2014 Prize was jointly awarded to Malala and Indian activist Kailash Satyarthi. Malala, a Taliban attack survivor, has been an advocate for​ women's rights and children's right to education.
