Malayalam actress Saranya Sasi, who was fighting brain tumour for 10 years, passed away aged 35 on Monday in Thiruvananthapuram. The actress was reportedly diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and had undergone 11 major surgeries. She had reportedly recovered from COVID-19 and was recently rushed to the hospital due to low sodium levels in the blood and pneumonia.
