Malaysia and Indonesia have blocked access to Elon Musk's AI chatbot Grok over its ability to produce sexually explicit deepfakes. This comes amid recent backlash following Grok's "repeated misuse" to edit images of real people into revealing outfits. Grok will be blocked until effective safeguards are implemented, said Malaysia. Further, Britain has also backed calls to block access to X.
