The Maldives has hired human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, wife of Hollywood actor George Clooney, to represent it at the UN's International Court of Justice (ICJ) in seeking justice for Myanmar's Rohingya Muslims. "Accountability for genocide in Myanmar is long overdue and I look forward to working on this important effort," Clooney said.
