The coaches of Malwa Express got decoupled with passengers onboard in MP's Shajapur on Saturday. The incident caused panic among the passengers. The General Passenger coach and an AC coach reportedly got decoupled twice due to which the train was delayed for over two hours. Railways has demanded a report of the entire incident.
