RG Kar Medical College rape and murder victim's mother and now BJP MLA Ratna Debnath said ex-West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is the "head of criminals", after three police officers were suspended over mishandling of the case. "If she is caught and jailed, then the names of all the criminals will come out," she stated.
