West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari alleged that Mamata Banerjee's leg injury during the 2021 Assembly election campaign in Nandigram was "fake" and that her doctors recorded "no fracture". He said he would release the hospital reports if "challenged". Banerjee, who was contesting against Adhikari, claimed that unknown people had pushed her against the door of her car amid a crowd.
