A man and his father were arrested after they allegedly opened fire at police personnel on being asked to surrender in Bihar's Nalanda district. The police were called over reports that the duo were beating two neighbours following a fight over a trivial issue. A video of the man on a roof with a pistol in his hand has surfaced.
