A 30-year-old man and 15 cattle died in a pond after suffering from electric shock when an 11,000-kilovolt live overhead cable snapped and fell into the water in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad district. Villagers found the man and cattle's carcasses floating in the pond after they rushed to the spot, hearing a loud noise. An investigation into the case is underway.
