A man wanted for the rape and murder of his four-year-old niece was killed in a police encounter in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad. The encounter comes a day after the reward for his arrest was doubled from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000. "Two police constables also sustained injuries during the gunfight and are currently receiving medical treatment," said Dhawal Jaiswal, DCP Trans Hindon.
