A 23-year-old man, Salman, accused of raping a six-year-old girl in Madhya Pradesh's Raisen was arrested after a 144-hour manhunt. Police caught him at a Bhopal tea stall after his activities aroused suspicion among locals. Salman, who had a ₹30,000 bounty on his head, allegedly tried to escape from custody before being shot in the leg.
