Rajasthan Police on Tuesday arrested a man, Motilal Nai, who was on the run for nearly 40 years but let him off with a ₹100 fine. A district court had issued an arrest warrant against Nai in 1976 for selling sweets made from adulterated milk. He fled to Andhra Pradesh and came back after his wife's demise recently, cops said.
