A 19-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping and threatening a 15-year-old girl in Thane. The accused, Sameer Khan, used to stalk the girl, who was also his neighbour, and tried to speak to her multiple times, police said. The accused forcefully entered the victim's house last week when the latter's parents were away and allegedly committed the crime.
