A man was arrested for stabbing another at a tea stall in Vijay Nagar following a minor dispute. Dhruv Kumar, reported that on Tuesday, he and his friend stopped for tea after dropping his sister at the railway station. When Dhruv asked for his remaining change, a youth nearby started an argument and stabbed him. A case was registered against an unidentified person.
