A Kerala man has won a nine-year legal battle against Air India after a delayed flight caused him to miss his connecting flight to Saudi Arabia. He said the airline failed to assist him, forcing him to spend nearly ₹49,000 on a last-minute ticket with another airline. A consumer commission awarded him ₹1.36 lakh in compensation.
