Spanish comedian Juan Joya Borja, best known for 'Spanish Laughing Guy' meme, died aged 65 following a long illness. Known as El Ristas or 'The Giggles' because of his distinct laugh, Borja rose to prominence after featuring on a show called 'Ratones Coloraos'. A clip from the show went viral in 2014-2015 and was turned into 'Spanish Laughing Guy' meme.
