Man breaks concrete to save puppy trapped in drain in Kuala Lumpur

A Malaysian man won widespread praise after rescuing a puppy trapped in a drain in Kuala Lumpur, reports stated. Hearing loud barking outside his apartment, the man found the puppy with its head wedged between concrete slabs after being swept in by heavy rains. He and municipal officials worked for an hour breaking concrete to safely free it, reports added.
