A Twitter user has shared a video in which a man can be seen urinating on the tracks of a Delhi Metro station. In the video, the man can be heard saying, "Ho gaya, zyada ho gaya (I [drank] a little too much)," on being asked, "Why are you urinating here?" The Twitter user tagged CMO Delhi in his tweet.
