British man Anthony Williams was charged with 10 counts of attempted murder over the knife attack on a London train on Saturday, UK police said. The 32-year-old is also charged with another count of attempted murder in connection with a separate incident that happened earlier on Saturday. He is set to appear in court on Monday.
