Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City manager, is set to take charge of his 1,000th game when the Citizens take on Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on Sunday, November 9. The 54-year-old has managed to win a whopping 715 matches in all competitions since 2007 along with 12 top-flight titles and he called the numbers “insane”.
