Trailing 0-2, Manchester City's İlkay Gündoğan scored in the 76th minute before Rodri equalised in the 78th minute. Gündoğan scored the winning goal in the 81st minute. Manchester City finished the season with 93 points, one point more than second-placed Liverpool.
