An X user claiming to be an MNC's India head said a Bengaluru Customs official made him wait 45 minutes. Upon questioning why he refused to meet a company executive, official said he wanted to "put MNC arrogance in place". The man added the official delayed the shipment to "satisfy his ego", following which the company paid ₹1.5-lakh late fee.
