A 58-year-old man who complained of an itch after being bitten by a spider in Italy was found dead in his hotel room a few hours later. Some reports have claimed that the man, who is from Greece, may have suffered from anaphylactic shock caused by anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction. Meanwhile, police have ordered an autopsy.
