A man has been arrested after he crashed his van into a security barrier outside Japan Prime Minister's office. The man also threw Molotov cocktails at the headquarters of Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party. The incident comes amid the campaigning for a general election that Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba has called on October 27.
