Mumbai Police have taken into custody a man who issued a threat about a terrorist attack on PM Narendra Modi's aircraft on February 11. However, the authorities later confirmed that the individual detained was mentally ill. Prime Minister Modi left the national capital on Monday for a four-day trip to France and the United States.
