Man dies after being attacked by several dogs in a park in Washington

A man was killed in a Washington park after being attacked by several dogs. Police found him severely injured, and he was later pronounced dead at the scene. A man driving near the spot said he heard the victim screaming for his life and told his wife to call 911. Responding officers shot at the dogs before they ran away.
