A 32-year-old man died after a car driven by a 16-year-old hit and dragged him for some distance in Delhi's Samaypur Badli. CCTV visuals of the incident showed a red car dragging the man after he was stuck under the front wheel of the car. The police arrested the accused after tracing the car with the help of CCTV footage.
