A 50-year-old man died after a petrol pump reportedly refused to refuel an ambulance on its way to hospital in UP’s Ballia. The District Magistrate said petrol pump staff claimed there was fuel shortage, but upon checking, it was found that 8,500 litres of petrol and over 4,500 litres of diesel were available. He assured strict action in the incident.
