Man finds gold worth ₹1.6 lakh inside slaughtered duck in China

A villager named Liu found gold particles worth ₹1.62 lakh inside a duck he had slaughtered in the Hunan province of Central China. The ducks were raised free-range near the Chenshui River, known for gold mining from the 1970s to the 1990s. Reports suggest that villagers found over 10g of gold while washing sand by the same river last year.
