An unidentified man was found hanging from a tree near the entrance of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Police Station in Sector 17, Panchkula, early Sunday morning. The body was first noticed by commuters, who alerted the police. A team from the Sector 16 police outpost arrived at the location, cordoned off the area and began an investigation.
