Ethiopian national and former asylum seeker Hadush Kebatu, who sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl, was mistakenly released from a UK prison on Friday. UK police have launched a manhunt to catch Kebatu, who'd been jailed for 12 months over an attack last month. He was reportedly meant to be transferred to an immigration detention centre ahead of a planned deportation.
