A man was killed after being struck by two vehicles in Santa Rosa, California according to a statement by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). CHP's initial investigation indicated that the man was first hit by a dump truck. He was later hit by a Chevrolet truck. CHP's investigation further indicated that the man had been crawling on the road.
