A video showing a man kissing French President Emmanuel Macron on the head as he was walking to the French embassy in US has surfaced online. Macron stopped to click pictures with people when this happened. He was forced to walk after his motorcade was blocked by the New York Police Department to let US President Donald Trump pass.
