The Supreme Court denied a man interim custody of his eight-year-old daughter after he couldn't provide even one home-cooked meal to her during the 15 days that she was with him. The man lived in Singapore and arrived in Thiruvananthapuram every month to stay with his daughter. SC added that the daughter got no company during her stay with him.
