The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on Thursday, said that Tyler Loudon, a 42-year-old from Houston, has pleaded guilty to securities fraud after earning a profit of $1.7 million through the purchase and sale of stocks based on information he overheard from his wife's business conversations while they were both working from home.
