Praveen Mittal, who was among seven family members found dead inside a car in Haryana's Panchkula, had started a scrap factory in HP's Baddi a few years ago. The factory was seized by the bank due to increasing debt, following which Mittal moved to three cities. He'd returned to Panchkula a month ago and began working as a taxi driver.
